enthusiasm resulting in soreness

Wow. I was having such a good time working out the other day that I kinda forgot that this body isn't used to it . Man, I woke up the next morning with seriously sore hamstrings. How many of those curls did I do anyway? It took me a whole day later and a lot less intense exercise to start feeling less beat up. At least I was sore from exercise and not from falling down because I couldn't hold myself up! ( looking at the glass as half-full). I forgot that you can't do everything in one day.(not that I was trying) Oh well, it is what it is.... now where are my dumbbells....
