OK. So I have got quite a ways to go. I want to improve not only physically but be more organized and energetic for my husband and kids... I really want to be home with my kids more but working with family members complicates things :C. I love my job and my patients but I feel like that has something to do with my issues controlling my weight. I am gone from 7-7pm and we are constantly either eating out or eating at my sister in laws house eating sandwiches and chips and sodas. I need to have wayyy more control!! Ok! I think I need to start a daily schedule to help me get started. Here goes:
=Wake Up, Wash Face Brush Teeth
=Start Insanity Workout
=Blow Dry and Straighten Hair
Get Kids Dressed
Wash Breakfast Dishes
I guess I need to figure out how to become superwoman and still have time to spend with my family.
I also want to learn how to make a LOT more things from scratch that are diabetic friendly because of my hubby. I think it would be fine for all of us :)
