I'm so glad the week is over. Saturdays are short for me (8 1/2 hours), but still tiring. Especially when they're slow. So boring.
I did my videos. 3 upper body ones. The day 6 New You workout is good, but I don't possess the magical powers needed to do pushups ON A STABILITY BALL!!! Nicole is a beast! She even made it look easy. I can't even do the knee ones. I at least tried them.
I still have cardio to do, but Tayloris using the tv and dvd player to watch Saw. I guess I'll be doing my cardio after everyone else is in bed again.
I think this is going to be my "no loss" week. Last week I could feel that I'd lost. This week, I'm not feeling it at all. As long as I don't gain, I'm calling it a win though. We'll see Monday morning.
I'm going to finish watching the movie with them. Have a good night everyone.
