After a wonderful post on my last blog I learned that I do need to take baby steps instead of trying to jump in with both feet and setting myself up for failure. I went back to stage 1 of the spark diet and now I am working on tracking my food. Not necessarily trying to stay within range but just getting a feel for how many I am eating each day, becoming consistent with putting in my food and then working on what I am putting into my mouth. Slow and steady wins the race.
