So, it's beeen 4 weeks....and new strategy is paying off. Have lost about 4 pounds in 4 weeks.....which is not particularly quick, but it's steady & it's by doing things that I can STAND to do. I'm not starving. I'm eating yummy food....just yummy food that's better for me than the old yummy food I was eating. Strawberries instead of a candy bar. Rice crackers with hummus instead of a bag of chips. A chicken breast & a fresh vegetable instead of macaroni & cheese.
So far, so good!
