An Amazing (Race) Challenge
Friday, May 20, 2011
One of my teams isThe Amazing Race team. A bunch of us, with a weakness for this fabulous TV program get together on Spark and discuss the latest news. After the last episode of the season someone thought we should do an Amazing Race challenge. I am not one for challenges. Most of them look boring and I never had any desire to join. Not this one. One of our team leaders designed the most awesome program. So far I have been to Reykjavic, gone up the stairs at the Eiffel tower and biked through Amsterdam. Now in Cairo, I have to drink 8 cups of water and name the smallest pyramid for my Pit stop, before I get instructions for the next destination. Since I started on Monday I have lost 2 lbs. I have started to walk great distances and dusted off (and used) my stationary bike. My feet ache, my thighs ache (all those stairs) but I feel great. Thank you Tanya, for doing all this work.
