My first reward to myself

I always felt as though motivation was just an internalized thing but I'm learning differently now that I'm living with the spark. I had absolutely no guilt about buying myself some new workout wear after I got paid this week.I felt motivated even more to use them. I have discovered that when I show up dressed for my date with exercise I am more comfortable and able to concentrate on technique and I feel so great exercising in them I find I am going from one part of my fitness routine to another with less hesitation. Following the 10 minute exercise streak challenge in week two I have started incorporating more exercise into my routine for the week and I am feeling great about it. Thank you spark people for the guidance and inspiration!
