Back to basics

for the rest of this month I am going to go back to the basics. This means that I will:
1. I will track my food (as much as I hate doing it I am more sucessful when I do)
2. I will track my exercise (I exercise at least 5 days a week and it would be nice to see how many minutes I can get and also the amount of calories I am burning.
3. I am going to limit fast intake to only 1-2 times a week.
4. Exercise atleast 10 minuts daily
5. I will drink at least 100 oz of water daily and limit the amount of juice and soda
6. I am going to write on here daily or at least every other day. I love doing it and i need to take the time out to start doing it again
7. I am going to be more active on spark because when I am I do better.
