Surprise! Woke up this morning looking forward to exercise.

Woke up and my first thought was I want a glass of water and some exercise. I f you had told me a month ago that that would happen I might have said 'not likely'. So its all really true, I can change my life and now I am on my way.Suddenly my vision and inspiration collage is speaking to me in a voice I have never heard before; its almost like my healthy self is charged up to make an appearance, the sooner the better. But steady as she goes, that is what I am learning is the key. Its the little everyday things that you never learn by 'dieting'. The planning, the execution of the planning, the goal setting, not in pounds but in endurance. I'm feeling a physical manifestation of the joy of being well and I want more of it.I'm feeling like a kid with her first two wheeler, I want to ride and ride just for the pleasure of the new exhilaration.
