Taking one day at a time

I had fallen, but now I am back and taking one day at a time, by having eight glasses of water, five servings of vegetables, and exercising daily in small amounts. I am determine to practice a healthy lifestyle and reach my goal of losing weight. I believe I had it the other way around by trying to loose weight and then live healthy.

    You definitely have it right, FrutyLady! It took me a long time emoticon to figure that out, but it has made so much difference since I did. emoticon

    I "fall" often, but I always get back on track as soon as I can. If I can do that, so can you! emoticon
