Well I fogot my breakfast in the microwave this morning so I feel like my day has been thrown off already.. so I had what would've been my snack for breakfast. Half cup of chicken breast w/ orange sauce and it didn't happily go down easy. And I'm testing another teachers class today:( so my snack time is thrown off. This bites.
So, this will be my meal plan and workout for the day...
Brkft- half cup chicken breast w/orange sauce
Lunch- Tilapia, Green beans and Yams
Snack when school let out before interval training workout- tilapia again:)
Dinner- Seafood Couscous
Snack- Whey Protein Shake w/ peanut butter
820 calories and 100 grams of protein.
90-100 oz of water
Lost .6lbs from yesterday so that meal plan worked well... May 31 the end of the challenge and I hope I can get off 9 lbs by then.
