The 10 Challenge

10 oz glass of water (1 point for each 8 - 10 ounces consumed, maximum 10 points)
10 reps of any ST (1 point per set of 10 ST moves, maximum 10 points)
10 minutes of cardio (1 point per 10 minutes of exercise that keeps the heart rate up, maximum 10 points)
10 minutes for me (10 points for spending 10 minutes on your own needs--self care, meal planning, journaling, etc; maximum 10 points)
Daily Total Possible: 40 points
Weekend Total Possible: 160

Friday: 16
Saturday: 13
Sunday:1 2
Monday: 24

My Total points: 65
