Lunch: couscous w/mixed veggies & seafood.

I really love Couscous vs Rice... I steamed my veggies;zuchini,squash,caulifl
ower with chicken broth .... added in the crab meat n shrimp w/ a little more broth..brought to a boil then when the veggies where tender and shrimp cooked added season.. ms dash n pepper... after put it on low heat and making sure to have 1cup of broth to every 1/2c of couscous I pour the couscous in and let it cook- it cooks like rice. I stirred couple of times and it was done. Less than 3 mins. So Yummy.
Yes, I eat from a small baby plate b/c it helps me control my portions.
