What is your maintenance secret?

I am really struggling with maintenance. I have been at my goal weight before then put 10-15 pounds back on and started over (repeat ad nauseum). I really don't want to screw it up this time. I am finding, though, that I am really obsessing over it and I don't think that is healthy either.
I know that logging my food is crucial, but don't want to be obsessive about it either. I want to set a healthy example for my kids without being over the top. I welcome any advice from current maintainers, as well as folks who have their maintenance plans in place for when they get there.
