I have decided that I need to start blogging more often. Hopefully this will help me become more accountable and give me some motivation. I feel like it is a never ending cycle anymore. Monday it starts. I am on track for a few days and as the weekend nears it starts to slip away and by Monday I am starting over again. What happened to the motivation and determination I had when I first started this journey? How did I let myself gain all this weight back and how do I recapture the strength and willpower I had at the beginning? After watching the biggest loser last night I realized that I am Irene and Olivia (I believe) when they said that they are great at starting things but they just can't finish! This time they are going to finish and so am I!
