Yesterdays food intake

I ate a small bowl of frosted mini wheats with 1 % milk, and a whole grain tortilla with avocado, tomato, cucumber, onion, banana peppers, a tiny bit of shredded cheese, a dab of mayo, a slice of shaved black forest ham, and a slice of shaved roasted turkey breast. For a snacks I had 2 clementine oranges, and a small handful of NABISCO TOASTED CHIPS - RITZ - SWEET HOME SOUR CREAM & ONION . I only drank water and 5 calorie per serving crystal lite type beverage, and I cup of coffee with splenda and non dairy creamer in it. I didn't count calories or fat, but I am pretty darn sure I did well, better then I have been lately, that's for sure!
I also take a muti-vitamin, viactiv calcium chews, and vitamin C daily.
