Bye Bye 130s!

I've been out of the 130s for a while now but I wanted to make sure it was pretty consistent. I feel great! I thought I'd be in a size 6 at this stage, but when I went pants shopping the 6s were too BIG! I'm now pretty comfortable in a 4 and ecstatic about it! Things are going pretty well. Things that I still need to work on - binge eating at family party (I do love those Ruffles with french onion dip) and eating bad things when going out to restaurants. I tend to splurge when I eat out and feel guilty after. Not finding enough healthy options when eating out. I'll work on that. Otherwise, vacation is coming up in less than two weeks and I need to find healthy eating and fitness opportunties while we're on the road! Wish me luck!

    Good health doesn't happen by take committed workouts and healthy eating everyday. It you want to keep that size 4, do what you are doing now from now on. God Bless, Vic.
