2 wks to get off 10 lbs

Ended with a 3lb gain from TOM. Not bad considering I always gain 10 or more in the 7 days. So, I have 2 wks left for my WLS-challenge. I gotta get off 10 lbs to reach that goal -15lbs in 30days. So, even if Its totally boring I will be eating my Type A menu from the Thurmond Program( b/c its the only thing that works for me)
Meal Menu Calorie Protein

Brkft 3 turkey sausage 70 6
1/4c egg white 33 6
1/4c Strawberry 30

Snack 2.5 oz light tuna w/egg 150 23

Lunch 2oz Crabmeat n shrimp w/couscous 350 21
1/4 c Yam 30 1
14c mixed veggies 30 1

Snack 2.5 oz Chicken 100 21

Dinner 2oz Tilapia 98 22
1/4c Yam 50 1
1/4c Greens 30 1
Total Calories 1007 Total Protein 105
Workout 30-60 mins a day. Drink 64-100 oz water. Follow lapband rules.
