Exercise: Made me ill

Today I started swimming exercises I thought. It was a combination of crunches, planks, push up, which I couldn't do, and more. Then you jump in to the pool and do six laps( the pool is very big) and you do theses rounds: Swim, exercise and swim again. I thing we did this 4 times. This activity lasted ONE Hour. I started having cramps, shaking, and nausea. I felt this all after noon. However, the good side to all this is I am so sore and I know to eat a snack 30 minutes before I go; lesson learned. It turned out I was working out with marines (very cute) and other people who made me feel welcome. I was scared to go because I am fat and had to wear a bathing suit. I was embarrassed but I wasn't alone. Have you every heard Marines groan and complain about the exercises that's how hard they exercises were. I did my best to keep up. I can say I lasted the whole hour of pain. I will try it again on Wednesday! Wish me luck!!! P.S. I am still hungry. This time I am going to start taking vitamins to see if it will help.
