Start time:12:20 Finish time: 12:53. 2 miles in 33 mins. Other half at 6pm. 4 miles total for the day is the goal. I think I said 5.

    Keep it up girl it is a good thing to do. I walk 5 miles six days a week and try some of the other exercises in between.
