Luck be a Lady

Today I am celebrating. Celebrating the beginning of week two on this journey to a fit, healthy, sexy me, but I am also celebrating the fact that I have the best built in support that a girl could ask for: my boyfriend.

Yesterday, I thought for sure was going to be the day that I gave my exercise plan the middle finger, but then I am saved - external motivation: "Wanna go for a walk?" My first response was no, but then I thought that this was a good idea - that i have been siting on my rear all day and a walk would do me good. We walked a little over 2.5 miles in 45 minutes and because I felt so good when we got home, I popped in my Fit, Firm and Fired up and had Coach Nicole push me beyond my limits.

If it hadn't been for my man, I would have felt guilty about yesterday. So today I am grateful that I have support everyday. Today I appreciate that he loves my body just the way that it is, today. Today I acknowledge how lucky I am to have someone that can show me how to love myself. So Today I will love my body, every nook and cranny, crease and dimple.

What is it that you can be grateful for today? Even if it is infinitesimally small.
