A day late again on my promised blog. HAHA! Yesterday was super busy with a Beaveree with my son's Scouting group (5hours!), an insect exhibit at our local mall, and then dinner and a magic show! I was in bed by 922pm last night and slept for darn near 12 hours! I needed it!
So I did weigh-in, down one pound. I'll take it! :) I have not been getting my 5x/week exercise in - I think I really need to get my butt back in the gym because my videos at home aren't quite cutting it at the moment. I always get my water intake, and I've been staying within calorie ranges. Although I think I only tracked 4/7 days. That's still better than some past weeks. I made breakfast my focus meal for this month, and I have been able to maintain 300-400 calories for this meal. I used to eat but very little so that I didn't 'waste' my cals all on breakfast. But then I would end up with cals leftover at the end of the day and would be stuck either eating more and making the end of my day heavy in cals or not eating and falling under my cals for the day. So I feel like focusing on breakfast is certainly helping balance out my whole day. I completely fell off track from the "Spring Into Shape" SP Bootcamp. To be honest, I've tried these bootcamp programs before, and I never do finish them. I always have the best intentions, but flounder. I think it's the videos. I don't enjoy them. There, okay? I said it. I really don't enjoy following these videos. Not sure what it is. But it doesn't work for me - and you know what, that's okay! I'm going to move on. This week, Addy and I are competing for most fitness minutes between Saturday-Saturday. I'm a day behind because of how busy I was yesterday, and I don't qualify anything I was doing as exercise so I better get moving today!!!
