What a great day... started with a 2.5mile Hike; lots of inclines, hill, branches, pebbles and it was very difficult for me- my first hike ever. Then I took a rest and went to Hip Hop class. so my total workout was 2 hrs and I felt great later. I had about 75 oz of water if not more and really didn't add up my calories but I'm sure I stayed under 1000 most all I ate was protein.
Today is Sunday it is usually my rest day but I took that Friday so I will be doing a 30 min speed walk @ tha park.
