Well I am back at it again trying to truely change my lifestyle. Was introduced to some great cooks on tv and in book aka hungry girl and rocco d. who both have great alternitives for the food I normally eat. Im looking forward to explanding the variety of my meals. I have to lose the weight this time I just have too...theres no option to fail! anywho ive been using a site called fitbit alot due to the fact that i own a fitbit which if your not familliar is basically a glorifed pedometer that loads your stats for how many steps, miles, how active, you are and compiles the info and you can compare and see just how much your buring and how much your eating ect. its easier if you just check out the site...i find my fitbit a motivator to get off my butt because seeing the words Sedentary and then 12 hours is kinda depressing lol! anywho better get back to the stuff i was doing but just wanted to give a little update with bad spelling and no capitalization..haha
