Getting Back on Track

Going to start the Decaslim again tomorrow. Going grocery shopping for healthy food since we are out and will have some funds to spend (yay). Back to square 1 on the C25K training, thinking about doing a colon cleanse too, to get all the gunk out of my system from the abuse it's taken the last couple of days! Feeling pretty bad about myself today, wishing I would have had some willpower lately. Trying not to beat myself up too badly, looking to start fresh with a new week.
I'll check in later this week, soon it will be time for measurements again, maybe I will see some changes there!

    Don't give up! I had a hard time getting to the gym today because I skipped on Sunday and vegged out, but I made it. I have faith in you. Every day is a new chance to treat yourself well.

    The best thing you can do is get back on track and dont look back.. We all learn from our transgressions! I have had plenty. Good luck!

    Hi, I had a bad Sat. too. Going to get back on track tomorrow. Today I tried to get along without my pain pills. That was a mistake. Sunday, I will do my new exercise tape I just bought. I will also eat 5 veggies and fruit. Remember the spark. Sharon
