up 5 to 6

so, i got lazy and BUSY when my husband was home from the slope. we eat out more and had a ton to do and when we werent doing something i felt soo lazy. also i hit the frozen cokes hard again and not staying on my healthy choices as much when he was home. and the gym went out the window most the time for me.
so, he left monday and i finally got my butt back in the gym yesterday. i have to get there more and out hiking now. the weather is great right now. :)
i gained 5 to 6 pounds. i am glad its not worse but i know it means i have to dig in and work really hard to get that off AGAIN. but i am trying NOT to beat myself up. because i am not gonna let it creep back up and up and up. i'll nip this in the bud now and get my p's and q's in order.
hopefully next time he comes home from work we'll be better at eating at home and healthier and not staying up so late so i cant function and get my butt to the gym or doing a workout the next day. (I NEED MY SLEEP OR I AM WORTHLESS!)
anyway, just checking in and gonna get back on track now. 177 HERE i come again! i cant wait! :)

    You can do this...I find I can't function without enough sleep a slug on a rug, as my mother use to say. You're back and determined. That's the first step. emoticon emoticon

    Gaining 5 to 6 pounds isn't the worst thing that could happen. I'm sure you can lose that in no time!
