Today I worked hard doing Zumba and Yoga Meltdown. I was very proud of myself finishing Yoga Meltdown. It was very hard. I tried every exercise one time. I figured I can do everyday and add one more till I can do it all. However, I was very hungry for the rest of the day. I over ate. I hate the feeling of being hungry. I tried to keep busy, but food is always on my mind. It is becoming a problem, because no matter how hard I work out. I eat double. I feel this way everyday. Let me tell you a little story! I tried going to a doctor to help me stop my hunger. He gave me a appetite suppressant . He gave me a strong dose but it did not work. I even tried over the counter appetite suppressant none of them worked. I finally stopped trying to control my appetite. I hate feeling hungry!
