and what a way to start the day! Breakfast with friends and then home to an hour massage! Wish I could start every day like that except now I have to find the energy to get my exercise in emoticon My schedule calls for water aerobics, but I missed the class for my massage so I need to ride my exercise bike for at least 30 minutes along with the bootcamp video. Now that I've written it down here for all the spark world to see, I HAVE to get it done!!

    You can do it! It's only 30 minutes! Just think of how great you will feel when you're done and you can give yourself a huge pat on the back for making the decision to take care of yourself before anything else!
