Woke up this morning, with a list going on in my head! So when I got up and was waiting for my friend to come to pick me up for our walk, I wrote it down. I normally don't do that, and then I don't get the things accomplished as I had hoped to do. But today, I got about half of it done!

So as I think about making a list, I realize that I have to have a list, for every thing..... If I have a list I do what needs to be done. If I keep track of my food, or plan out the meal, I stay on track and keep my focus...... hmm do I see a pattern here?

I've done pretty well for food this day, I have stayed in calorie range. I have also drank my water as I needed. And for the first time this week, I feel satisfied after eating dinner. So I'm feeling that I am getting use to my food portions again.

The swelling has gone down considerably in my lower legs and ankles. There still is a bit, but over all its down. And it really doesn't hurt as much too! That makes me feel happier too!

I cut out a couple of patterns today, for some purses. I am going to have to probably contact Brother about my sewing machine. I took it in for repair, with an authorized repairman, at the end of March. I still have not gotten it back. It's very frustrating to me! Tomorrow I am going to go up to the store and ask what is going on with it, and if it hasn't been touched yet, I will ask to have it back, and take it elsewhere....

Anyway, I'm home alone for the evening, Sweets went to a dinner thing for Sam, he made honor roll. I expect him to be home anytime now.

Too bad you don't have your sewing machine to keep you company tonight! Hope you get it back, and fixed, soon!
