Food on the brain!

Lately I feel like I've had food on the brain!! The scale hasn't moved for me in either direction (which I am hating and thankful for at the same time) but I feel like I really need to take charge of this "added" eating. Maybe it's the cold, dreary weather, maybe it's the fact that I'm PMS'ing, but man IT NEEDS TO STOP! At least I've ran at least 3 miles the last 5 days in a row...that's a positive....I'll hold onto that at least!

My goal this week is to have a 3500 (1lb) deficit this week with cals. My BMR is 1395 and I usually try to burn at least 500 cals a day, so that means I need to stay within 1375 cals a day...I WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS!!! I need to loose that pound.
