Today plan: high protein breakfast & ready for Zumba

Today will be hard for me to eat; no appetite, which is strange for me. (TOMday2) I finally got prescribed pain meds and prescribed water pills so hopefully that helps.So far so good.
So, my plan is today try to get up to 1100 calories b/c its Zumba day and in an hr I usually burn bout 625 calories.
Breakfast- 1/2 c plain oatmeal w/ whey protein, cinnamon, raw honey,1tsp butter,soymilk. 165/19
Snack- 1/c c Fresh strawberries w/ granola & the other 1/2 of my oatmeal-235/23
Lunch-1 c Ground Turkey w/ manwich, 1slice cheese, 1/4c green beans, 10sweet potato fries.220/18
Dinner- 1 Baked Blackened Tilapic, 1/2 green beans, 10 sweet potato fries. 280/22
Snack- Atkins Protein Shake 160/15

Total Calories: 1030
Total Protein: 95
Workout: Zumba (60 mins)
Water: 74 oz
My High Protein Breakfast ( 230 calories/ 38 grms of protein) today I am breaking the 1c serving up into breakfast and snack b/c I got too full for Breakfast.
