Accepting faults and moving on

Well I had a 'lightbulb' moment this morning. I realized I am willing to forgive other people so easily but I am not so kind to myself. That has resulted in emotional eating at times. Since I have been feeding my head with Spark peoples aricle series on emotional eating I am finally beginning to internalize signals that tell me when I am about to do that. So my new mantra when I feel as though I have failed in some small way,(did i mention i am a perfectionist?) is You ARE Forgiven. Love yourself . You are not perfect? Love yourself anyway!
