I took a walk yesterday. I walk a lot to get my exercise. I am trying to lose weight the healthy way. I, also, visited with my friend, Patsy. She gave me some Petunias and I planted them in a flower pot on the porch.
Way to go! I too enjoy walking to get my exercise. I'm trying to amp up to more vigorous forms of exercise (i.e. running, zumba) but until my body is ready for that I'll stick with my walking program.
WAlking is great for you--that has been how I get my exercise for quite a while---I want to return to running if I can but my body is not ready for that. Good job on your commitment to get healthy--Good luck on your journey. 3579 days ago
