I'm so close to 150!

I'm finally back on track, I realized I was beating myself up mentally if I didn't get my 45 minutes in. Now I'm doing three short routines per day. 20 minutes elliptical in the morning, 10 minutes strength before lunch(rotate upper/lower per day), 20 minutes outdoors at night (walking, running, working etc). My attention span is better, its goes extremely fast and I'm not bored. Which means I'll actually DO it.
While probably not good for a huge amount of weightloss, it seems to have started my metabolism going again. I'm also drinking way more fluids. Now that it's warmer out I find that I crave lemonade and tea more than I did in the winter months. It's helping my Diet Coke addiction at any rate. Also I don't FEEL hungry like I did in winter. Is this like shedding a second skin? You come out of hibernation and all of a sudden you don't need the fat?
I've also finished alot of stressful projects and I'm looking to a couple fun vacations this summer, one to the Black Hills and another to Minnesota. With gas prices the way they are I'm not going TOO far!
Are any of you planning vacations?? I'm slightly nervous about vacation food but I planned very active trips so hopefully I'll stay on track! Happy Hump Day!
