S- Atkins Mocha Latte Shake- 202/19
D- Quiznos Rasp. Vini. Chicken Salad - 370/22
Total Calories: 1089
Total Protein: 97
Water: 75-100 oz
Workout of the Day : Body Pump Weight lifting class
