I really love the show Biggest Loser but I have a problem with it. They make it look as though you can exercise the weight off. They have little emphasis on meals but I guess that's understandable in TV land. Meals are sure not so action packed. I really believe that weight loss is 85% food intake and maybe 15% activity. I just know that I can consume quickly and thoughtlessly so many more calories than I am able to burn off. Exercise and activity are important for good health. Activity makes me feel good and is a great stress reliever. I believe I have more stamina when I'm fit. But for weight loss I have to control my calorie intake. Nothing else will do it.
