Exercise = 2 pts

Did ST (50 push-ups, 75 squats, 50 lunges, 3 minutes of prone cobras)

And did intervals: 10 min warm-up, then 8x300m intervals at 12.5 kph with 200 m jogs. My legs were BURNING afterwards. Total distance 5.5 km. Time including w/u was about 43 minutes . Son did a workout with me again which was fun: he ran 15 minutes/1.9 kms with the last 90 s at 10.0 kph. He then did 50 push-ups.

500 calories out.

Eating: 4 points
I ate 2114 calories. This is too much, I know. I killed the day by taking son to McDonald's for a treat after school. He had a cone and I succumbed to a coffee chocolate milkshake. Stupid decision. OK, we biked there. I guess that makes it better.

2114 - 500 = 1614. This is about a 400 calorie deficit, so 4 points.

Quality of day: 2.5 points

Not earned
1) Limit of 3 carbs: I had eaten 3 carbs by lunch! And then the milkshake. And then potatoes for supper.
2) sticking to non trigger snacks - hello? a MILKSHAKE! boo
3) that milkshake, sorry to sound like a broken record, was not planned!

I may have to re-think the points because I haven't lost any weight yet. Probably I'm overestimating how much I can eat without exercising. Still I feel better about myself. I think I'll wait until I get two weeks worth of 5+ in a row and then look at my weight.
