Getting back into the groove of things can be so hard! Its funny though when you go to slip a little its so easy!

I'm retaining water still in my ankles, this morning for my walk/run It was like I had 5 pound weights on my ankles, so needless to say I did not run this morning. I hope it goes down soon! It really hurts when they get this way. But I chose to eat like I did last week, and now I need to face the music!

We didn't put the garden in last night, hopefully tonight, or I will be able to do it tomorrow during the day. And if its as warm as today, tomorrow, I will need to do it in the morning.

Well time to fix dinner.....

    Don't give up! Keep walking until you're able to run again. I tried running last summer, but the stress on my arthritic joints was too much to take. Big sigh. But I'm walking 2 miles now!
