Week 2 Goals

Last week, i clocked in about 450 fitness minutes. Not bad since my goal was 500 but I have to realize that life happens. Had soccer games and doctor appointments.
I was successful in drinking my water and reduced my calorie intake.
My week 2 goals:
~GET PLENTY OF SLEEP
~500 fitness minutes
~Reduce my coffee intake. I over enjoy it with 2-3 cups daily. Wouldnt be so bad, but I use the regular coffee mate or international delight creamer.
~Wear my pedometer daily
