L-1/c Chicken Couscous w/ Veggies, 1/4 c greens(collard/mustard),1/4c yam. 260/18

D- Raspberry Vini Chicken Salad- 240/ 21 not two exceed 2 cups total w/ 1 c chicken
S- Atkins Mocha Latte Protein Shake w/ 1 tsp PB- 202/17
Total Calories: 1019
Total Protein: 94
workout- 3pm : boxing & interval training w/ co-workers
- 6pm: Zumba
