Hi! It's been a while since my last entry. I've reached my goal of 52 kg. I was really happy, but a little bit scared that I won't be able to maintain that weight. I also was kind of disappointed, because I can't tell that I'm 100% happy with my body. My biggest problem areas are my belly and legs.
But I continue Power 90 program and I think that my appearance will improve, I just need to work.
Second big news is that I decided to become a vegetarian. At first I tried to give up everything, including milk, but I was starving. So now I eat veggies, milk and eggs, but I'm planning to exclude eggs too.
I'm also trying to eat fresh and unprocessed food. For example, I don't eat bread anymore.
