Hi! It's been a while since my last entry. I've reached my goal of 52 kg. I was really happy, but a little bit scared that I won't be able to maintain that weight. I also was kind of disappointed, because I can't tell that I'm 100% happy with my body. My biggest problem areas are my belly and legs.
But I continue Power 90 program and I think that my appearance will improve, I just need to work.

Second big news is that I decided to become a vegetarian. At first I tried to give up everything, including milk, but I was starving. So now I eat veggies, milk and eggs, but I'm planning to exclude eggs too.

I'm also trying to eat fresh and unprocessed food. For example, I don't eat bread anymore.

Try joining one of the teams for people who are maintaining their goal weight now, because it will be helpful to talk to others at the same point as you are now. Be very, very proud of yourself - you've worked hard, and it worked. Now you'll continue to get fitter and even healthier, and this will help you feel great about your body.

    congratulations on reaching your goal! What an accomplishment! I dont think I could ever become a vegetarian, but good for you for making that decision, and knowing what you want. My belly & legs are probably my worst area too, I need to get my groove back on and get back into exercise! Have a great day and WTG on reaching your goal!
