I am beginning a new challenge tomorrow that was begun by others as a 10 wk challenge ending the first day of summer...June 21st. I'm about 4 weeks late getting started but can't let that stop me. My goal for this challenge is to lose 12 lbs. I will do this by staying within my calorie range, drinking 10 glasses of water a day and exercising 20 minutes a day. I'm pretty much limited to chair exercises and very little walking. I am hoping my health issues that are preventing me from walking will improve so I can be walking more by the end of this challenge.
Current Weight 196.0 Goal weight for this challenge 184.0 (of course more would be WONDERFUL!!!! but I also want to be realistic)
I'm so excited!!! Tomorrow will be a great day!!!!
