Best Laid Plans

I had listed certain goals this week and till Saturday had met them. But, the weekend came. First of all for a number of reasons Mother's Day for me and my daughter was 'celebrated ' on Saturday Unfortunately my daughter while she serves my 2 year old granddaughter fruits and vegetables there were not for me. So with the hamburgers the only side was potato salad which is one of my favorite foods I ate too much of that Then my son-in-law made ice cream and it was yummy so had an extra serving. Unfortunately on the way down hubby saw a sign for DQ and asked if wanted to stop That was another mistake but did a good job of ordering a dip cone instead of a blizzard another favorite
Yesterday Mother's Day was a tough day for me for a number of reasons so woke up feeling very sorry for me I did go to Caribou Coffee and ordered a Northern Lite. Decided to treat my self to short bread Ate and drank all while reading the Sunday paper which was a special treat.
Later on I did exercise but then when I went out to do errands went down the road which has every fast food imaginable Having not had lunch had to stop at Five Guys. I did order a small cheeseburger but, ordered their marvelous fries which comes in one size HUGE
So today while down it was minimal and my goal was one pound. So again this week I have set a plan with definite goals each day I should follow it and then next week I'll be another pound lighter.
