On Track Even When I'm Not Tracking

HAPPY MONDAY!!! Well, I haven't done a blog entry in a couple of weeks so I just wanted to do an update for me and for anybody else who it may motivate.
First, I hope everyone had a nice Mother's Day...I'm not a mother, as in I've never given birth to a child but I have Godkids, nieces, nephews, friends' kids that I love and treat like they are mine...so I enjoyed MY Mother's Day.
I lost the 2lbs I gained back in April, which I am very happy about. I just had to make sure I got my cardio in as often as possible. My best friend also has told me a couple of times that she can see that I've lost weight...now that is really great motivation because my girl keeps it real! LOL! So I'm happy that I'm getting some good results and I'm motivated to stay in the game.
I've been doing a pretty good job of staying on track with eating (tho I've done a little emotional indulgence over this past weekend). I've learned so much being active on SP that I can now make better eating choices without tracking every little thing. I haven't been tracking as much because my workload is greater. I try to at least log in every weekday...I like to be accoutable to myself to at least do that...and get at least a few SparkPoints LOL!
So at the end of April, I was back to the same weight I was at the beginning of the month, which I'll take...it's better than a net gain. In May, my bestie and I have a self-challenge that if we meet our goals, we get to go shopping!!! YAAAAY SHOPPING!!! My treat is shoes; her's is clothes...either way, we both love to shop so we are definitely motivated.
