Today's Plan

Last week I lost 5 lbs ! Very happy about! Doesn't change my ticker though but by the end of this week It will move lower. I can say that until I reach 175 I am done with breaks from my fitness/nutrition plan.. it always set me back too far. I know that we need mental breaks; so instead of taking a week long or more; I will take a day and get back on it the next day; and do that only once every other week- or even once every week.
Breakfast- 1 c Egg white w/ turkey sausage,pico-157/13
Snack 1- 1/2c tuna, 1/2 c strawberries w/almond n granola- 200/16
Lunch- 1 baked tilapia,1/4c yams, 1/4c greens(collard/mustard)138//22
Snack 2 - 1c Chicken Raspberry Salad, 1 fudge pop- 200/12
Dinner- 1 c Tilapia Couscous w/ Mixed Veggies, 1/4c Yams- 260/25
Total Calories- @955
Total Protein: @ 85
Water- 90 oz
Workout- BodyPump @6pm
