No S'mores for me, but it was okay!

Besides my adorable 5 year old and his gifts he gave me...
Mother's Day was a SUCCESS! It started Saturday night with dinner at a restaurant famous for its buffet. It was wonderful. Huge salad bar with many healthy choices and there is a whole seafood buffet. So I indulged in many many crab legs. Nothing extra on them, they didn't need it. Same with muscles and clams and shrimp and salmon. It was all MMMM good. Dessert was decaf coffee! Mother's Day was just as good, after a healthy early dinner we had a bon fire and while I was making S'mores for everyone; I had my favorite coffee in hand. How was your day? If it wasn't the best, guess what? Today is a NEW day!

He enjoyed every bite of that. Don't get me wrong I have my bad days! This just wasn't one of them. emoticon

AWW he's adorable. Good for you, I bake for my kids all the time but I don't indulge, to be honest since I stopped eating sugar even the smell of the baking cookies, etc makes my stomach turn. It actually feels pretty good to be within eating distance of something sweet and not go nuts with it :) I hope you have a great day!
