Fresh start...

Monday, May 09, 2011

Here I am again, almost back there where I once started, but I refuse to get discouraged and instead I get up again and keep on moving towards my goals. Losers are those who fall and stay down, but I'm a winner because I'm determined to get up every time I falter or fail on my way.

I ordered a personal nutritional and exercise plan that lasts for 8 weeks. I am going to give my very best to follow it and reach my goals. So, today is emoticon in that plan and one of my aims in following this plan is to make regular blog posts about my advancements. It requires me as musch self dicipline as keeping the 8-week plan as I'm not much of a blogger....

Stay tuned! emoticon

The Spark said the Sparkers who are the most successful are those who get up again and keep going. They don't spend time wallowing in it when they fall but get right back up and moving again. You are in good company!

I make plans to blog more frequently, but it still needs work. The best intentions aren't making it happen. My goal for this week is to blog every day. Isn't that scary?
