Day 1 (Saturday) of 5% Challenge

It was a very long busy week and hoped to get some rest so Saturday I slept in a little. Not long though because it was going to be a really nice day!!! I wanted to start the Challenge off right but also needed to check out what I needed to do again. I still do not know if I am filling out and recording everything I’m supposed to but did manage to get my exercise in, stay within my calorie range and do the Nicole’s video which I actually started last Sunday.
So first I got in a 20 min of walking in the man, then DH and I went for a 1 hour walk plus I did 2 hours of gardening later on in the afternoon. Also did a 1 mile Sansone dvd and some strength exercises, along with doing Nicole’s video for upper body.
