Really Hungry Girl?

Apparently I must watch "Hungry Girl" to scream at her because she's an idiot. Filet Mignon is not 7 inches across, that's maybe top sirloin. Filet also does not have that much fat. Every once and a while she has a good idea, but mostly she makes me want to scream.
The good ideas I have gleaned from HG are "mix spaghetti squash with spaghetti" (I had only been using the squash, but I was missing the tooth of spaghetti when I did) and "mix zucchini ribbons with fettuccine" (which may be variations on the same tip, I suppose)
My healthy chocolate muffins are lower in calories but higher in nutrition than hers, and mine don't involve dumping a can of pumpkin into boxed cake mix. I also make better better brownies, which also don't involve dumping a can of pumpkin into boxed brownie mix. Seriously, how is this better for you? How many preprocessed reduced fat products and artificial sweeteners can you use, Hungry Girl?
But I guess her theme is how many of my crappy food decisions can i continue to make by substituting them for lower calorie version of the same crappy food but this time with artificial sweetener or other additives which allow it to be lower fat.
