Day 1 of the Spring 5% Challenge

I started my day a little later than I should have. emoticon I say late because I live in sunny South Florida and if you don't get moving early or wait until the evening, exercising outside this time of year can be a bit unbearable due to the heat emoticon and humidity emoticon
But... this is emoticon , and I am determined to do as well as I have in the previous two 5% challenges, so late or not, I started my day with a 2.5 mile emoticon.

After my walk, I spent time with my middle daughter shopping for a emoticon for her school dance. We shopped in several stores and she tried on at least a dozen dresses, but in the end, we both decided that she had nicer dresses at home in her closest.

After shopping, my husband and youngest daughter took me out to dinner emoticonfor Mothers Day. I did my best to stay within my calorie range for the day but I think the beignets for dessert may have put me over the top.
We walked emoticonaround the shops near the restaurant after dinner in hopes of burning off a few of the calories we consumed.
When we got home I decided to burn off a few more calories and did my Spring into Shape Boot Camp video emoticon and some additional strength training emoticon emoticon
Not to bad for emoticon
